In addition to performing Rock Bottom Movement also hosts classes and workshops seasonally in order to engage with our audience and support our upcoming projects. They provide us a way to engage meaningfully with our community and are also a great way for you to support the company. All proceeds from classes and workshops go to ensuring our teaching artists are paid a living wage as well as directly funding Rock Bottom Movement's upcoming projects. 

Some of the classes we offer include: 

• Signature "NONDancer Workshop" - a fun and low pressure class available for dancers of all ages and levels

• Professional Workshops - for those with dance experience looking to push their boundaries and refine their craft

• Repertory Workshops - learn the Rock Bottom Movement choreography that you know and love so much

• Creative Lozenge - a flash-retreat for local artists, normally held when Rock Bottom Movement is on tour
